Anschluss Medal annexation of Austria --- Die Medaille zur Erinnerung an den 13. März 1938

Instituted on 13 Mar 1938.

This medal was awarded to approximately 318,689 recipients who marched into Austria during the annexation and to Austrian forces joining the Wehrmacht.  

The medal is awarded in an envelope along with a certificate.  

Requirements are:
•    Marched into the Austria during the Annexation 
or 
•    Austrian forces absorbed into the Wehrmacht
